Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Time
After you place your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
We use a range of reliable shipping providers, including Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local couriers in your area. For standard shipping, the delivery time is 5-10 days.
We ship from warehouses located in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. Please note that some items may be out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, in which case we will ship your item from the Hong Kong warehouse. Please allow an extra 2-4 business days for your order to arrive in this case.
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@groundtoheal.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Changes
Please ensure that you add the appropriate accessories, like a grounding tester or a ground rod, for use in your country.
If you need to change the shipping address, add items, or remove items from your order before it ships, please email Customer Service immediately at hello@groundtoheal.com for assistance. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee order modifications.
Missing items
In the event that you are missing specific items from your parcel, please contact us at hello@groundtoheal.com. It's possible that your order may have been split into multiple deliveries. If we determine that an error occurred in fulfilling your order, we will promptly ship out the correct items using express international shipping to rectify the situation.
Incorrect address
If we receive your shipment back due to an incorrect address, we will reship your order to a corrected address at an additional shipping cost to you. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.
Package not delivered
If the tracking on your order shows that it was delivered, but it has not yet been received, you will need to file a missing package claim with the carrier. Once we receive your claim number, we will ensure that your order is reshipped as soon as possible.
