Return & Refund Policy

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, ou have 90 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is in good condition, and it must be in its original packaging.

It doesn’t matter whether the returned items have been used or not. If they show signs of use, we do ask that you wash them first according to the washing instructions (40°C, no bleach, always use a detergent for colored laundry, and no fabric softeners). Iron at a low temperature.

Important: We are very clear about the washing instructions. Grounding products last for years if you follow the instructions right. If the grounding products have been washed with an aggressive detergent, such as chlorine-based bleach for whites instead of a detergent specifically for colored laundry, a return is not possible. This can be verified if the sheet no longer conducts across the entire surface. You can easily test this with the Grounding Tester.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@groundtoheal.com. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment, in case the package goes missing. If you choose not to add tracking to the shipment, and it is lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been finished.

To return your items, please email hello@groundtoheal.com with your order number and return instructions and address will be provided.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at hello@groundtoheal.com, along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.

Cancellation after ordering

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipments are sent every business day from Monday to Saturday. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us at hello@groundtoheal.com within the 90-day money-back period. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.

Exchange (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If the defect is caused by using an incorrect cleaning product, no exchange is possible. However, in this case, we can offer a significant discount within 3 months to replace the product with a similar one.

If you wish to exchange a product for the same or a different item within 14 days after purchase, please email us at hello@groundtoheal.com and send your item to our return address.

Never received

If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis. 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Regarding return processing time, we aim to complete the process within 1 day of receiving the returned item. Additionally, please allow three to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
