Grounding, also referred to as earthing, encompasses the same concept.

Grounding involves making direct physical contact with the Earth, allowing the dissipation of excess electrical charge from your body.

When you "ground" yourself, you're essentially emulating the principle used in electrical systems. Think of the familiar power outlets with a "ground" connection. The ground in such cases is linked to a physical grounding point deep within the Earth through a metal rod. This connection serves to divert excess electrical energy to the Earth, preventing electrical overloads that could potentially  damage the electrical system.

This Concept Applies to Our Bodies as Well

In our modern lives, we are constantly exposed to various sources of stress. We are surrounded by electronic devices, wear clothes made of materials that can generate static electricity, and walk on insulating surfaces with rubber soles that interrupt our connection with the Earth. A great alternative to do is instead of using normal socks you use our ground to heal grounding socks. Of course its not as good as grounding on grass or on a grounding matt but it will make a good difference.

The result? We are effectively under constant electrical tension, quite literally. This tension can even be measured.

This state is taxing on our bodies because we are unable to release this electrical charge. It can lead to a range of health issues since our cells are affected by this excess energy.

Grounding can be achieved with ease using tools like an earthing mat or an earthing blanket.

How Do You Ground Yourself? Stress Reduction through Earthing, Grounding One of the simplest ways to establish a connection with the Earth is to walk barefoot outdoors, allowing your skin to come into direct contact with the ground, soil, or wet grass.

You can also explore the option of walking on specially designed barefoot paths that promote grounding.

What if Natural Grounding Is Not Feasible? In certain situations, natural grounding may not be convenient or possible. For instance, during the winter months, or for individuals who work indoors or have desk jobs, staying connected to the Earth can be challenging.

This is where a range of aids and tools come into play.

Consider using our earthing mat or an earthing blanket. An earthing mat can be placed under your feet while watching TV or working on a computer or tablet, providing a direct connection to the Earth's energy. An earthing blanket, on the other hand, can be brought with you and used on the couch or even in bed.

It's crucial to maximize skin contact with the earthing mat or blanket for optimal electrical conductivity. However, these tools can still be effective even if you are wearing socks.

Be cautious when selecting the source for your earthing products. It's advisable to opt for reputable brands that offer high-quality items and steer clear of cheaper, lower-quality alternatives often found on platforms like Amazon or AliExpress.

That is why we sell high quality earthing products that will 100% help you to ground without nature
